Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and event specifics.
- Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made prior to the delivery of the final products.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit.
- 15 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

Limitation of Liability
